wen I get a incoming call on my blackberry curve it shows the num. not the name. how can i change that?
because I don't know any bodys number by heart on all my other cell phones I just knew them by name and know I never know whols calling me... 
Go to your options, then click on security--> general settings. once there, you should have a list of options for what you want protected. Go to the mid-bottom of the page where you see:

Strength
Include Address Book
Your "Include Address Book" function is most likely set to "Yes", so change that to "no" and you should be fine.

got car accident was other persons fault have nessary info, policy num. dl and license plate but not ins. nam
I have plate and d/license num. name address etc. so is there a way to find out the ins. co name thats the only thing left out
I assume there is no police report because if you have one all the info should be in there.
Do you at least have the other person’s Phone # / Address or anyway to get hold of them. If u do u can contact them and ask them; if not you can use the DL # and License plate # at your local court house to find the address and they can contact that person for you. (Not to sue but to get necessary info to be able to contact the other person.)
Try to get a hold of the other person and talk to them before you sue them because your gonna have to pay for the court fee. You were provided with all the info but you were not able to use it so the most court can do is to order to pay for the damages which the other person was going to do so in first place and you are gonna have to pay for the court fee. Try avoiding the legal action; its cheaper for both of you.
