hey if anyone can help me im looking for a soccer shooting goal. kind of like this one:
http://www.keepergoals.com/shooting.html
just not as freakin big. not exactly a rebounder but a "kind of" goal that i can shoot at and it takes the impact or provides a little bounce. or something, i hope you get the gist.
nothing expensive under$200 or even under $100, um size maybe 6 x10 or something along the lines. nothing shorter than 5.
any help appreciated.
does anyone know of a site where i can get free plans to Soccer Hop Rebounder? their site only sells the plans and you buy the materials. does any one know of a way i can get the plans w/o paying? by virtue of some one else lending them to me?

Discover How a Rebound Relationship Can Work in Your Favor
If you are in a situation where you have broken up with true love and she is in a rebound relationship, how do you get her back? Simply put, a rebound relationship is one where she is dating another person just to get you out of her head. In fact, rebound relationships are to help people deal with the aftermath of a break up. They are used to assist people to move on from a true love.
And that's the key to make it work in your favor! You have to acknowledge that she is in a rebound relationship just to deal with the fact of losing you. It does not matter if she is in another new relationship. It will work to your favor simply by the reason that she is using the rebound relationship to get over you.
The reason is that, almost all relationships that come from true love can be saved effectively.
One thing you have to bear in mind is that, if she is in a rebound relationship, she is actually trying to know what exactly went wrong with your relationship. You will usually find that if you were a "Mr Nice Guy", she will most probably hang out with a "Mr Bad Boy." If you were into reading books, then the guy she finds will be a soccer maniac. It is simply a vice versa situation for her to be in a rebound relationship.
The fact that she does the above is a good chance for you to win her back again. She is actually focusing on the differences in your behavior and character. She is still very much interested in you and not the other guy.
One thing to take note is that if she is with another guy who is totally different from you, it means that she is trying to find that something that you are lacking. Hence, you can actually use this period to improve yourself so as to be ready to win her back.
Another thing you have to do now is to simply let the rebound relationship run its course. The reason is that is she spends some time with that new guy, she will begin to see flaws in him. After a while, she will start to think about your good points again and this will only work in your favor!
Therefore, you should not be so desperate in trying to win her back immediately. Give her time and space to start missing you and allow her to think of the good times when both of you are together. When she is ready to come back to you, be gracious and show her your improved and new-found personality and behavior. However, do not do the chasing, simply let nature takes it course.
The following are some proven and effective steps to enforce when your ex is in a rebound relationship:
· Avoid trying to make her think that you are the love of her life. Simply give her the chance to discover this on her own.
· Do not say sorry profusely to her. If you really did something bad, then simply just apologize to her once. After that, you just have to move on. As time goes by, she will find the real reason to love you back again.
· Do not attempt to change yourself tremendously. You are who you are and you are the true self that she had fell in love with.
· Never ever try to convince her that it wasn't your fault. You must be gracious and let her know you are in the wrong even if you have not do anything wrong. By doing so, you are proving that you are a gracious man who will do anything to make her feel good. In time to come, she will appreciate that and will want to get back with you again.
· Never beg her to take you back. You have to bear in mind that a woman simply cannot tolerate a man who is desperate and needy. You have to prove to her that you are strong enough to handle any situation and she will love this trait of yours!
When your ex goes into another relationship right after both of you've break up, this is called a rebound relationship. You actually stand a high chance to win her back in this kind of situation. This is because 8 or 9 our of 10 women who goes right back into a new relationship is actually not serious in moving on with a new guy. Do not despair. The rebound relationship is just a blessing in disguise. It is a sign that she still love you very much.

> this depends on what’s important to you and what your goals are. My goal used to be to run a marathon. Then I found that I will hardly have time to train for one. I *don’t* have two hours a day to dedicate to running alone. And because of this, I have since reduced my goals to something that is actually attainable, that is, running the traditional 15k of my country. Having since then learned that the optimal time for cardio exercise is around 25 to 30 minutes, I have a secondary goal that is to be able to run 10k in 30 minutes. I’d have to be from Kenya to do that but that is a goal worth pursuing. Truth be said, if I manage to run 7.5k in 30 minutes, I will be overjoyed. > Many people advocate skipping the cardio entirely if you’re trying to bulk up but I think that’s a bunch of noise… It is and it isn’t. As most things with fitness, it depends a lot. Remember that your body gets better at doing what you keep doing. If you are lifting, newbie or not, and start to do cardio, your body is not used to do both, and the performance of both will be reduced as a consequence, but your body will get used to it, eventually. And when it does, cardio won’t eat into your lifting gains anymore, and you will be better off by doing both then.
