Soccer Turf Cleats what is the main difference between cleats and turfs?
i have just started playing soccer at my summer camp and they said we are allowed to use either cleats or turfs but they really all look the same to me does anyone happen to know what the difference is ? thank u in advance
hi, im from the uk so we call cleats boots so plese pardon my terms! football boots are used for grass and can be dangerous on a hard surface.boots have spikes in the ground to gain traction in mud.turfs are for use on hard surfaces but you will slip on grass. turfs have a flat rubber sole for gripping flat,solid surfaces. im sorry but i would buy both for different terrains. yes expensive,but will save you ankle or leg injury in future.

my feet get cramps in soccer how do i stop that?
my feet always get cramps well laying soccer on hard outdoor turf i wear outdoor soccer shoes, would wearing indoor cleats prevent that?
Don,t suspend your socks with a rubber band. Sacrifice a little control on your kicking with larger size shoes and thicker socks so that you can tie your shoe laces a little looser ,too. Drink lots of water. Always , A good thing for an athelete and eat stuff with Potassium in it like potatoes and bananas. Good luck!
