Soccer Coaching Drills Exercises

Football (soccer) exercises and drills to do by yourself?
I am in training to join a football team in August and was wondering if anyone knew of any football drills I can do with the ball by myself?
I want to go out today and do some as I've been getting coaching however also want to be able to practice in my free time as well on my own.
Any drills, exercises you know of will be helpful,
Cheers
juggling and wall passing
These two things are the most effective methods of training by yourself. It maximises touches, develops game effective skills and doesnt waste time. You will find that many drills involving cones and markers are all about speed and dribbling skills. But the most important skills in football are passing and controlling. If you can do this then you will fit into any team. Find a wall and work on passing the ball and receiving it from varying distances. With juggling, if you cant juggle keep practicing until you can because this gives unbelievable control over the ball

Can anyone give me a good website with golf exercises on it?
Well I play for my high school team, and it's our offseason, and we need a good workout program to do until the spring. Our coach used to be the boys soccer coach, so he has us doing soccer drills. Please help!!
Thanks in advance!
my golf team is doing weight training right now and we are doing pushups for chest and arms, lunges for legs stability, sit ups and ab workouts for strong torso and stuff, and stretches for the shoulders, arms, legs, back, and some kind of pull up for triceps.
thats all i know, hope that helps a little
