Soccer Sliding Stretched out soccer cleats (Diadoras) . How can i shrink them?
I have a pair of diadora soccer cleats cost about $90. I have had them for about 2 years. Well they have stretched out some in the years. I need to try to shrink them a litte, cause my feet are sliding around in them a little. Therefore my foot isnt in the middle of the shoe all the time. Anyone have a suggestion on trying to shrink them a little?
i play soccer 2, and here are my strategies for shrinking soccer cleats:
*wash and dry them 3 times a day for 4-6 days.
then see how they are.
repeat until satisfied
or, you could stuff 'em with tissues
then see how they work
and when you get new cleats, i HIGHLY reccomend PUMAS
they're real cheap, like $35-$65 bucks and they are very reliable, have goood spikes and will never fail you.

Soccer Slide Gone Wrong
How do I prevent the soles of my feet from burning after abrupt turns when playing soccer?
I think it is because my shoes are to big and so my socks slide around and create friction. Should I just wear two socks?
It think this just happens because your feet creates frictions as you said. This happens mostly to me whenever I Play indoor and a little bit when i play outdoors. I just were two pairs of socks and tie my shoes tighter. You should also try wearing thicker socks as was stated above. There are also cloths that you can used to wrap your feet up before you put on your socks that can help as well. You shold check out www.
